The Best Protein Powder
The Crew here has used pretty much every protein supplement on the market over the past several years, but one has stood out above the rest
AllMax Nutrition’s Isoflex is a 100% pure whey isolate product, which if you’ve been a subscriber to the newsletters, is one of the best types of protein to take in both before and after a weight training session.
There are other whey isolate products on the market, but Isoflex’s winning points are that it tastes GREAT, mixes easily with water (a sign of a high quality protein), and there are 75 servings per 5 pound bucket! That’s almost TWICE as many servings as most products will give you.
Cost leans toward the pricier side, but for the quality and quantity you get, it’s well, well worth the money.
Here are the two cheapest sites we found where you can order online. One for our Canadian subscribers, and one for our American subscribers. Both sites ship internationally as well. If you know of a site that sells in your country, and is relatively cheap, please email us and we will post it on the site for other members.

My goal right now is to get ripped six pack abs and it’s not easy. Does anyone here have any recommendations as far as a good six pack abs diet? I’ve heard that egg whites, oatmeal, broccoli, blueberries and salmon are all necessary to incorporate into your diet…anything else I’m not thinking of?
