315 Pound Deadlift for 16 Reps Using 75% Method

Using the ‘75% Method’ outlined in the newsletters, Tyrell managed to bang out an awesome 16 reps with 315 pounds. No small feat at all.  15 of of those reps were with perfect form.

365 Pound Squat at 175 Pound Bodyweight

Here’s a quick video I filmed of Tyrell and C-Money spotting him for a one rep max in the barball squat. It’s a notable lift because Tyrell only weighs about 175 pounds and is squatting 365 pounds here. That’s more than twice his bodyweight! He does it easy. Notice his full range of motion.
